Make life safer for deaf

Hello, my name is Stepan Zots, I am from Ukraine.
I created the idea of a smart bracelet for deaf people.
During air raids, they cannot hear sirens, so the bracelet will vibrate and give light signals to warn about danger.
This will help people react faster and get to a safe place in time.
The bracelet can also send an SOS signal with location if a person is in danger or trapped under debris.
My goal is to make life safer for deaf people.
